Our client, an executive search firm, is looking to add to their team with a Recruiting Coordinator/Sourcer.
This role will be instrumental in identifying qualified candidates for searches performed by the firm. Great opportunity for someone who likes research, analytics, digging in, finding solutions and coordinating with team members to move projects along. This is a data/desk job to start, but with a career path that can lead to candidate development.
The right candidate will have:
· Strong experience in research, candidate sourcing, database usage or market research
· Ability to attend meetings, ask questions, provide input, and then pivot as needed to a new direction
· Ability to self-manage and prioritize, but also understand the cycle of searches and the urgency to get rolling
· Project Management of some kind would be incredibly helpful in this role!
This position requires someone with a high level of ethics and integrity, strong attention to detail, ability to communicate and receive feedback without getting frustrated, ability to pivot as search demands change and be accountable for your work. Must be able to self-manage and not be too rigid in daily schedules. This may sound like a tall order, but it comes with upsides as well! This position has a base of $40 – $50k plus incentives based on the searches. In office, M – F, 8 to 4. No overtime, no staying late, etc. Also, great PTO policy, flexibility in scheduling, 401k and holiday schedules!
