If someone we place leaves your employment – for any reason – we’re here to help you find the right replacement. Here’s what that looks like:
If the replacement search begins in the first few months? Completely free. You pay nothing.
After that? Heavily discounted fees for up to 5 years based on when the replacement search begins. We’re talking significant discounts, because we’re not interested in charging you full price twice for the same position.
The only exception? If you promote them. Because if we placed someone so good that you promoted them within 5 years, we did our job exceptionally well. That’s a success story, not a failure.
